All our products come with the Happy AF Guarantee, meaning you can swap or return anything for store credit within 14 days of recieving your goods with some terms and conditions:
What is your returns policy?
- We offer free returns for 14 days from the date your order is delivered/received.
- However, not all items are eligible for return. Any products excluded under our return policy will be noted on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes attached swing tag, shoe boxes, ribbons and specialty packaging.
- You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
- *Please note: If you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price and a refund will be given for the remaining amount. Example: Purchased Oodie Twin Pack for $138 Returned one Oodie, current sale price = $84 Your refund is $138-$84 = $54 The above is only an example, the total amount owed will be calculated at the time your refund is requested. Please contact us via email (hello@sarkysloth.com) to initiate your return.

Make sure your exchange items are in mint condition—unworn, unwashed, and ready for their next adventure. If your shirt feels a bit roomy, remember it's 100% cotton and will snug up after a few washes.
No returns accepted on custom-made or limited edition goodies, like our cool mugs. Since these masterpieces are made just for you, they're not up for grabs again. Exchanges are only possible for damaged or defective items, not a change of heart.

How can i track my order?
You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order in your Sarky Sloth account here.
Will i be charged customs or import fees for international orders?
Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.
If you are ordering from the UK and your order value is above £135 pounds, you will only be charged duties at checkout.
USA / Canadian orders may incur customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country.
