Refund Policy

Returns Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a problem caused by Jammy Prints or an issue with a product we have supplied.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For your return to be completed, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jammyprints.comΒ 

Sale Items (if applicable) Unfortunately, only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atΒ support@jammyprints.comΒ  and send your item to: Jammy Prints, KempΒ House, 160 city road, London EC1V2NX, United Kingdom.

Cancelling Orders Due to the customisation of our products, we cannot cancel an order once it has gone into production. If an order hasn't gone into production, we may be able to cancel it, but please contact our customer service team for more information:Β support@jammyprints.com.Β 

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item worth over Β£75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
